Swan Lake
Ok I know that those of you who know Dave won't believe this but it's true. So after a very frustrating week of house hunting, making offers and finding out our loan wasn't what we thought and losing those offers, Dave calls me to reassure me that we'll get a house and it'll be fine. Then he says " Oh so I heard that the Colorado Ballet is doing Swan Lake do you want to go with me to see it on Saturday?" I was speechless and said" Of course!!" I actually thought he was kidding but no he really did take me to the ballet to see Swan Lake. It was amazing!! The dancers are incredible and the music is unbelievable!!! Even Dave was impressed and he actually liked it. It was a very nice and romantic night out. So kuddos to Dave!!

That is the sweetest thing ever. What a thoughtful husband he is!! Good luck with the housing stuff - it's such a frustrating process but I'm sure it'll all work out!
First of all your kids are getting so big and I am glad to see Aubrey still has that attitude! I love that little girl! Traditions...We have a weekly one...homemade pizza on Sunday nights! Don't get to frustrated you will be in a house before you know it! I am so glad you and Dave where able to go out just the two of you! Wow I am impressed, Swan Lake! It was so good taking to you the other day! We need to do that more often!

Nice job Dave! It's funny picturing him watching a ballet. It makes me smile, but what an awesome husband! I'm sure the housing stuff is frusterating. I'm nervous for when that time comes. Happy Birthday to Aubrey on Friday!
I still have dreams that we're getting a house first thing after he gets a job, even if it's a piece of crap house. Are you finding that you have to come with a big down payment, if you don't mind me asking. Oh my gosh, I love the ballet. How fun! I hope little Aubrey had a fun birthday. I craved your soup all day yesterday. Can't wait to see pics of the new house that you will have soon!
